We recruit for permanent, temporary and contract vacancies; from trades & labour to upper management positions.

We source staff through a wide range of media allowing for maximum exposure of your vacancy. We advertise in local and national newspapers, trade magazines, the web and abroad; ensuring a response from a wide range of people. In addition, we have already invested considerable time and capital into screening CV’s and conducting interviews to create a database you can call upon at a moments notice.

The Permanent Process:

• We will collate all applications for the position and shortlist a number who are most suitable. These applications will comprise of candidates who have applied specifically for your vacancy in response to an advertisement we have placed and candidates from our database who have approached us to find them work.

• These candidates will then be asked to complete a standardised CTI Recruitment CV allowing for easy comparison between candidates.

• At this stage all candidates will be asked to meet with one of our trained consultants who will conduct an extensive interview to assess the suitability of each and allow for a more detailed view of their employment history and skills.

• Each candidate will be briefed on all aspects of the vacancy to ensure they fully understand what will be expected from them.

• After this stage, we will present you with the CV’s and interview notes of 3-4 candidates we believe are most suitable. The consultant who conducted the interview will contact you to discuss the merits of each allowing you to make an informed decision on which candidate would best suit the post. It is then at the discretion of the client whether they wish to hold a second interview themselves or make a decision based on the documentation provided.

The Temporary Process:

• This is very similar to the permanent process, but it is often the case that we will conduct the interview by telephone. The interview in these cases will be carried out by a consultant specially trained in this area and there will be absolutely no compromise in our commitment to placing only top quality candidates.
